Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@chic-label.com to begin the returns process. You'll need to provide your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or paper invoice.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you our returns address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping and customs costs for returns due to a change of mind or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be sent back unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and liners still intact. Returns showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be declined.

If you purchased a bundle, all items within the bundle must be returned together — individual products from a bundle are not eligible for a separate return.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is the result of a mistake on our end (for example, a wrong, defective, or damaged item). Returns should be shipped to our fulfilment centre in Asia — the full address will be provided once your return has been approved.

Please keep in mind that any delays due to customs processing are outside of our control and do not qualify as grounds for a return.

Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong colour or variant, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery so we can look into it. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Refunds

After we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 2–4 business days and process your refund accordingly. Once issued, it typically takes 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, though this depends on your bank or payment provider.
